CEO
Rich is the CEO of iniTECH and has a passion for optimizing and simplifying F&F (Flavor and Fragrance) manufacturing using lean processes. He started his career working with GE automation during Jack Welsh’s tenure and has worked directly with over one thousand international operations. His scope of expertise includes Co-Founding BatchMetrics and iniTECH, lean manufacturing, master planning, shop floor work-flow, TOC, scheduling optimization, MES, and automation.
Rich loves skiing, cycling and bribing his adult children to visit with Italian cooking. Outside of work, he can often be found volunteering at church or buying food at Arthur Ave, the Little Italy of the Bronx.
Co-Founder/Board Member
Alina is a Co-Founder of iniTECH and helped grow iniTECH to the company it is today. She has a Masters in mechanical engineering and an MBA. She is the CEO of iniTECH’s sister company iniTECH Industrial. Alina is a former vice president and board member of NAFFS. Alina received an Award from Bank of America/Merrill Lynch for Woman Small Business Leader In 2019. Alina is also a member of WFFC
Alina loves spending time with her family, exploring the islands of the Caribbean is a gourmet chef and is passionate about supporting the iniTECH Haitian Outreach
CFO
Barbara handles all financial aspects of iniTECH as well as running day-to-day operations. She has a background in business management, and she is also skilled in data analysis and project management.
Barbara lives with her husband and three adorable young daughters. She loves playing with her kids and spending time with her family from Poland.

Exec VP Design/Build
Operations Executive with extensive business, financial, and engineering experience with Takasago, Bell F&F, and Nestle. A record of achievement in Lean Manufacturing, project management, and continuous improvement. Skilled at building successful teams through effective communications and strong interpersonal relations. Experience in European and South American markets. Chemical Engineering and MBA degrees with Six Sigma Black Belt.
Director of Engineering/ Senior Business Analyst
Andy has over 35 years of experience in the F&F Industry, including 10 years at IFF with his final position as the Global Director of Supply Chain Strategy. Andy is a supply chain, manufacturing, quality and operations expert. Andy has a background in chemical engineering and is able to provide consulting services in process evaluation, innovation, development, scale-up and optimization.
Andy also owns a small vineyard and enjoys International 505 sailing.
Director of Sales
Lee has over 30 years of experience developing Asian and Latin American markets in the F&F industry. Lee has previous experience working for both Firmenich and Givaudan. He has been involved in business development, marketing, operations, and R&D. He focuses on the commercial aspects of our projects. He is currently the president of NAFFS.
Lee speaks seven languages and enjoys traveling and diving with his wife.
Sr. Project Manager
With more than 40 years of experience in multiple industries and multiple titles including Engineer, Supervisor, Manager, Director of Manufacturing, Director of Business Systems, Vice President, CIO & degrees in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Corporate Finance, I have been able to incorporate these experiences with my knowledge of SAP and drastically improve efficiencies in all aspects of operations including compliance with regulatory agencies.
Project Engineer
Megan has a background in chemical engineering with a passion for continuous improvement while maintaining IATF and ISO certifications. She is skilled in adaptability, project management, and problem-solving.
Megan loves taking care of her many houseplants and cuddling her three cats. She spends her spare time with family and keeping active.
Mechanical Design Team Manager
Frank has over 35 years of experience in engineering design, management, and product engineering. Frank is highly skilled in 3-D graphics and even teaches 3-D design in his spare time. Frank’s expertise is in the design, development and manufacturing of mezzanines, production skids, and process equipment such as spray-dryers.
Frank is an avid martial artist and instructor. In his spare time, he loves to spend time with his family.
Quality Manager
Nick has over 25 years of experience in industrial process engineering, automation and project management. He has a background in mechanical engineering and is skilled in system design and integration, PLC programming and ISO auditing. Nick heads up the design and fabrication of our mobile carts and other custom builds.
Nick enjoys competing in biathlons and master’s class track and field. Nick also enjoys cycling.
